Welcome!

…to the wonderful world of Kundalini yoga. This powerful ancient and healing practice can help you access your inner divine energy so that you can break through negative thought forms and create the life you want.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini yoga brings together spirituality, mental agility and physical strength.

Due to the potency of this particular type of yoga, these ancient and sacred teachings for many centuries were reserved for the select few – and only taught to royals and nobility. It’s only been made more popularly available within the last 50 years or so – hence it’s not a widely known or understood form of yoga yet.

It’s practised through a combination of:

Postures and movement

Kundalini yoga has specific postures and movements that you use to achieve maximum results.

Meditation

Specific meditation techniques are used in kundalini yoga sessions, sometimes accompanied by specific mantras.

Breathwork

Breathwork in kundalini yoga ranges from being deeply relaxing to super energising!

Intentional repeated sounds

This includes both listening to and chanting mantras. Whilst this can be daunting when you’re new to it, you can choose to just listen until you’re ready to join in.
